We migrated Polartec from Expression Engine to the latest edition of Craft CMS, which offers a clean and scalable content management engine for Polartec’s ever-evolving brand. We reimagined the experience to champion Polartec’s ultimate focus – the Science of Fabric.

Mobile-focused UX

Nearly 60% of Polartec’s web audience visits the site on a mobile device. Each design had to take a mobile viewpoint into consideration, to maximize the space available and ensure every interaction is as thoughtful and intuitive as it is on desktop.

Content-Focused Publishing

Polartec’s products are integral to thousands of apparel products and pieces of outdoor gear. They wanted a home for news and content that puts the spotlight on their partners, product development, and brand storytelling.

Partner Marketplace

Bonfire used Craft Commerce to create a brand-new experience for Polartec’s many brand partners. The new marketplace features hundreds of items, detailed filtering options for discovering new products, and Polartec-curated collections. This new space leverages a React-based interface, ensuring it’s lightning-fast.
